SB 436 -- ISSUANCE OF DRIVER'S LICENSE

This bill requires individuals to apply for duplicate commercial
driver's license when they change their name.  Currently, a
person is required only to notify the Department of Revenue when
his or her name is changed.  The bill also clarifies references
to the age of applicants for various driver's licenses.
